Card Capture Information

On booking you authorise us to store your card to your account & bill the relevant card/cards if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy.

You will be made aware before payment is taken. We use Stripe payments system which is a safe and secure way to store your card.

We will only activate your card if our 24hr cancellation policy is broken. You will be made aware before any payment is taken. To see our cancellation policy please click here.

Cancellation Policy & Discount Code Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Failure to show up or cancelling within 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in 100% payment for your treatment.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time.

A card is required to hold your appointment. If our 24-hour policy is broken, you authorise us to bill your designated card/cards on your account.

Running Late for Your Appointment

To ensure punctual service for all clients, appointments that start late due to client tardiness will finish at the scheduled time, resulting in a shorter service.

No discounts will be given for appointments that are shorter due to client lateness.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and we will request 100% payment for your treatment.

Discount Code Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Discount codes are valid for one use per client only, unless otherwise stated.

£10 Off First Treatment:

  • Valid for new clients only.
  • Can be used once per client.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

£10 Off Monthly Discount:

  • Can only be used by the same client.
  • Both treatments must take place within 30 days of each other.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Booking: Discount codes must be entered at the time of booking online.

Validity: All discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or discontinued at the discretion of Zen Space.

Non-Transferable: Discount codes are personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used by another person.

General: Zen Space reserves the right to refuse any discount if misuse or breach of these terms is suspected.

Booking & Payment

Appointments must be booked in advance via the online booking system or by email.

Individual Bookings Only: Each treatment booking is for one person only and cannot be split or shared between multiple individuals.

Payment is taken at the time of booking or at the treatment, as specified.

By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

Treatment Room (North-West London)

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in 100% payment for the booked treatment.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments at any time.

Office Treatments

For any amendments or cancellations, we require at least 5 business days notice.

Failure to provide this notice may result in full payment for the booked session(s).

Late Arrivals

Appointments that start late due to client tardiness will finish at the scheduled time, resulting in a shorter service.

No discounts or refunds will be given for shortened sessions.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be marked as a no-show, and full payment will be requested.

Eligibility

Treatment Room (North-West London): Treatments are for ladies only.

Office Treatments: Treatments are available to all genders.

Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed via email. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your treatment.

Treatments may be adjusted or declined for your safety if necessary.

Liability / Disclaimer

Treatments are provided for relaxation and wellbeing. By booking, you acknowledge that treatments are not a substitute for medical treatment.

We cannot accept liability for pre-existing medical conditions unless disclosed prior to your session.
