Zen Space – Booking Terms & Conditions


Professional Standards & Code of Conduct

All services at Zen Space are strictly professional and non-sexual.

We expect every client to treat the therapist with respect by following these guidelines:

During your treatment:

  • You must wear underwear on your lower half at all times.
  • Requests for sexual favours, even as jokes, are unacceptable.
  • Touching, gesturing, staring at the therapist, exposing body parts, or sharing indecent materials will not be tolerated.

Zero Tolerance Policy:

  • Any suggestive or inappropriate behaviour is considered sexual harassment and is never acceptable.
  • If this code of conduct is broken, your treatment will be stopped immediately, your account may be deactivated, and the incident investigated fully.
  • Once deactivated, you will not be able to create another account.

Respectful behaviour:

  • Avoid discussing politics or asking overly personal questions.
  • Be mindful of cultural and religious boundaries.
  • Obtain the therapist's consent before taking any photos during your treatment.
  • Use [email protected] to share any relevant information ahead of your appointment.

Booking, Attendance & Discount Terms

  • All treatments are booked for specific dates and times only.
  • Treatments cannot be split into smaller sessions, shared with others, or divided for the same person across different dates.
  • Only one person may attend per booking. Zen Space cannot accommodate additional persons, and there is no waiting area available.
  • Discount codes are:
    • Valid for one use per client only, unless otherwise stated.
    • Non-transferable – they cannot be shared, exchanged for cash, or used by multiple people.
    • Subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at Zen Space's discretion.
  • £10 Off First Treatment: Valid for new clients only. One-time use. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • £10 Off Monthly Discount: Valid for the same client only. Both treatments must take place within 30 days of each other. Cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Zen Space reserves the right to refuse any discount if misuse or breach of these terms is suspected.

Card Capture & Deposits

  • On booking, you authorise Zen Space to securely store your card details through Stripe.
  • Your card will only be charged if our 24-hour cancellation policy is broken.
  • You will always be notified before any payment is processed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will result in 100% payment.
  • Refunds are only issued if cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior.
  • Any contraindications not disclosed at least 24 hours in advance will result in no refund and possible cancellation. If safe, the treatment may be adapted.
  • Zen Space reserves the right to cancel appointments at any time.

Running Late for Your Appointment

  • Appointments that start late due to client tardiness will finish at the scheduled time, with no discounts or refunds.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be marked as a no-show, and full payment will be requested.

Corporate Massage Treatments

  • For corporate massage bookings, at least 5 business days' notice is required for cancellations or amendments.
  • Failure to provide notice will result in full payment for the booked sessions.

Eligibility

  • Treatment Room (North-West London): Ladies only.
  • Male clients are accepted strictly on a referral basis from existing clients who have had at least three treatments.
  • Male clients must email for approval before booking.
  • Failure to request approval in advance and booking without confirmation will result in no refund and refusal of treatment according to the cancellation policy.
  • All clients must be 18 years and over.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform Zen Space of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies at least 24 hours before your treatment.
  • Treatments may be adapted or declined if necessary for your safety.

Liability / Disclaimer

  • Treatments are provided for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical treatment.
  • Zen Space cannot accept liability for pre-existing medical conditions unless disclosed in advance.

General

  • By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
  • Zen Space reserves the right to refuse service if:
    • Information is not disclosed at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Clients do not comply with the professional code of conduct or booking terms.
  • In such cases, no refund or discount will be given.
